Welcome back!  We've been on a bit of an extended vacation since our original launch back in 2006.  There have been quite a few developments within the online gambling industry since then and now is as good a time as any for us to pick up where we left off.  Stay tuned, we are working as fast as we can to keep you as informed as possible.

HR 4419 - Introduced by James Leach on June 20, 2000.  The Internet Funding Prohibition Act, with 4 co-sponsors.

HR 556 - Introduced by James Leach on July 24, 2001.  Internet Funding Prohibition and Other Internet Gambling Proposals.

HR 2143 - Introduced by (R) Spencer Bachus on May 19, 2003.  Unlawful Internet Gambling Funding Prohibition Act.  Passed on June 10, 2003 by a vote of 319-104.  Related bills H. Res 263, HR 21 and S. 627.

HR 4411 - Introduced by James Leach with 35 co-sponsors.  Internet Gambling Prohibition and Enforcement Act.  Passed Congress on July 11, 2006 by a vote of 317-93.  There was one amendment to HR 4411, which was HR 907, and this was passed by a vote of 214-189.

HR 4777 - Goodlatte's bill, with 146 co-sponsors.  To expand and modernize prohibition against interstate gambling.

HR 4954 - Safe Port Act (with the addendum of the gambling prohibition clause).  Passed Congress September 30, 2006 and the Senate by a vote of 98-0.

HR 5474 - Introduced by Jon Porter (R) in May, 2006 with 50 co-sponsors.  The Internet Gambling Study Commission Act.
