Dikshit is the largest individual shareholder of PartyGaming.  He owns approximately 30% after selling 23% of his shares in the IPO.  Dikshit is a co-founder of PartyGaming and also one of the youngest billionaires in the World.  In addition to being one of the youngest billionaires in the world, he is also considered to be one of the richest Indians in the world.  Dikshit was born in New Delhi in 1973.  He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in engineering and computer science from IIT, Delhi , where he graduated in 1994.  After graduation, he worked as a systems analyst for Websci, a software developer.  He later worked for AT&T as a consultant.

Dikshit met Ruth Parasol when he was only 25 years old.  He was asked to write some proprietary code for Starluck Online Casino.  This code would replace the software that they were currently using.  Parasol allocated a considerable number of company shares as she felt his skills were invaluable to the future of PartyGaming's business. 

Dikshit stepped down from the board of directors at PartyGaming in 2006 so that he could head the company's special projects, research and develop new products.
